Our embroidery equipment has an accuracy to .001mm, meaning the stitching on your order will have some of the highest relative accuracy and print resolution in the industry. We utilize Robison-Anton Super Brite Polyester threads, a leading embroidery thread with high color accuracy, super high tensile strength for durability, and bleach resistance so you can maintain and wash your new gear as needed, with confidence.
We have no minimum production quantity for
embroidered items, so go wild. Of course, the more you order at once, the more you save overall in your budget. Most clients with small teams start with 24 hats or polos to outfit a team, group, or single restaurant location for instance. Larger projects with a run of hundreds or thousands are easily processed too, all with the same ease-free ordering and smooth production expectations you'll find here at AZ threadZ Custom Apparel.
Standard production time for our embroidery services are approximately 6-9 business days after payment and proof approval. Expedited embroidery service available if our schedule permits, please contact our customer service to verify availability. Additional charges may apply for expedited service.
